I couldn't find the leg tubes after receiving the package.

To ensure portability, the leg tubes are stored in the storage compartment under the seat. To remove them, you need to flip the chair over and open the rear cover. When the leg tubes are not needed, they can be stowed under the chair.

Why does my baby still fall out even when buckled in?

1. Check that the end of the seat belt has passed through the seat cushion and the backrest panel and is securely fastened.

2. Adjust the seat belt to the appropriate tightness.
